The tools on this site work without an account and without giving anything away. You are measured by analytics, like almost everywhere. If you ask for a printable sheet, you give an email address and it goes on a mailing list you can leave at any time. If you buy the PDF Pass, the payment is handled by Gumroad and I never see your card. Nothing is sold to anyone.

The free tools need nothing. The printable sheet asks for an address once, and only then. It is used to send you occasional notes about the books and the tools. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box next to the field — and consent you can withdraw at any time, with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every message.
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel record which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. They also record when the print button is used, when the limit is reached, and when a pass is activated — the events, not the contents of your searches. No chord you type is ever sent anywhere.
The PDF Pass is sold through Gumroad, which is the seller of record. Gumroad collects and handles the payment details; they never reach this site. What comes back here is a licence key, checked against Gumroad each time it is activated.

Each of them has its own privacy policy, and each acts under its own terms. None of them receives anything from this site beyond what is listed above, and none of them buys it.
The site keeps three small values in your browser's local storage. They are not cookies, they are never sent to a server of mine, and clearing your browser data removes them.
nd_lang — whether you are reading in English or Spanish.nd_print_gate — the address you gave and when you last printed a sheet, so the 24-hour limit works.nd_print_pass — your licence key, if you bought a pass, so you are not asked for it again.Worth being plain about: clearing that storage also clears the record of your 24-hour limit. That is a consequence of keeping it on your machine instead of on a server, and it is the trade I chose — less of your data held here, a looser limit.
An email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept for as long as Google and Meta keep it under their own retention settings. Purchase records are kept by Gumroad for as long as their accounting obligations require.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a copy of it, or object to it being used. Write to the address above and it will be done — deletion from the mailing list is immediate and needs no reason.
The fastest route for the mailing list needs no message at all: the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email removes you on the spot.
This site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has given an address here, write and it will be removed.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing already collected is repurposed under a new version without asking.
